Refund policy

General returns

Our general return period is 48 hours from receipt of the goods. Contact sales@saroadsigns.co.za within this period, quoting your order or invoice number and the reason for the return. Please confirm return arrangements with us before sending goods back.

Under our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, SA Road Signs is not obliged to accept goods returned because the buyer made an error in the order.

Defects and warranty claims

Defect and warranty claims are handled separately under the applicable warranty and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The general 48-hour return period does not limit any applicable statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides a right to return, repair, replacement or refund, that right remains unaffected.
